Current Vacancies
Tax & Compliance Manager
Pro-active and flexible, you will enjoy the challenge
of solving diverse, complex, technical client issues ranging from
personal taxation, corporate taxation, inter-company trade agreements,
stock options, registrations of legal entities and worldwide compliance
accounts. You will need to be both CTA/ATII and either ACA/ACCA/CIMA
qualified and have at least 5 years' relevant experience. Based
in our UK office.
Tax & Compliance Opportunities for Qualified Accountants
We are looking for pro-active, qualified Accountants
(must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified) with significant Tax experience,
who are seeking to deliver first-class, technical Tax advice to
our clients. Dependent on experience, your duties will include:
- Working on UK based
enterprises regarding payroll compliance, stock option taxation,
expat taxation and trading activity;
- Liaising with taxation
specialists and accountants worldwide as required on payroll compliance,
stock option taxation,
expat taxation or trading
activity;
- Ensuring taxation
rules and deadlines for all forms of employers and corporate taxation
are complied with in each country
as required;
- Drafting and agreeing
inter-company trade agreements typically between the US parent company
and their worldwide entities
under the laws of each
applicable country;
- Advising on cross-border
VAT/Sales Tax on movement and sales of goods and services and identifying
planning opportunities;
- Dealing with issues
on the reporting and taxation of stock options in the various countries
and identifying planning
opportunities;
- Advising clients
on the various registrations of legal entities worldwide, including
analysis of Permanent Establishment risks;
- Reviewing and advising
of the various worldwide compliance accounts.
CTA is desirable, however for the right candidate,
we would be willing to support you financially to achieve this qualification.
We are also prepared to offer a suitable relocation package for
a candidate with excellent English language skills, wishing to relocate
to our Bristol office from overseas. Based in our UK office.
ACA/ACCA/AAT (PQ/Qualified) Compliance Supervisor
Pro-active, organized and flexible in your approach,
you will primarily be involved in the preparation of UK and international
statutory accounts in readiness for audit, signing and filing as
necessary in local jurisdiction. A minimum of 3-4 years experience
(or 1+ PQE) is required, preferably within an auditing environment
and you will be responsible for a team of more junior Compliance
Accountants. One vacancy in our UK office, one vacancy in our
India office.
AAT/ACCA/CIMA Trainees
No previous experience required, but you must be numerate
and interested in developing your career in accountancy. Comprehensive
training and professional study support will be provided to all
successful applicants. Based in our UK office.
Trainee HR Consultant
The client-facing HR Team provide international benefits,
immigration and employment law advice and require a confident, adaptable
individual to join them. No previous experience required. Based
in our UK office.
Internal HR Officer
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual
to join our busy, business-focused Internal HR Team. You must have
a good all round knowledge of IT systems (especially MS Word and
Excel), coupled with strong attention to detail. A proven track
record in an HR/recruitment role and a driving licence are essential.

Senior Accountants
You should have a minimum of 3 years accounts preparation
experience and be able to work and deliver results under pressure
and to tight deadlines. You will be required to liaise directly
with US clients at a senior level and should possess credibility,
presentation and line management skills and have client care experience.
Earlier experience of dealing with foreign clients is therefore
desirable, but the overall need is to be energetic, flexible and
a fast learner. Based in our UK and India offices.
Accounts Functional Expert
An individual is required to be heavily involved with
an exciting project to design, develop, and roll out a new financial
accounting software application. You should have work experience
at a senior level, ideally in practice and industry, and be able
to deliver results to deadlines. You will be required to liaise
directly with our UK and Indian in-house IT departments after a
period of training within the current accounts function. This position
would be ideal for a person looking to diversify from an accounts
to an IT role.

Accounts Assistant
You will provide support to a dedicated management
accounts team by completing a range of office and accounting tasks.
The role demands a flexible approach accepting work from various
sources. Through progressive exposure to accounting systems and
procedures, it is expected that Assistants will quickly develop
a variety of business and accounting skills.

Chartered Accountants
You should already be at a senior level with appropriate
experience (e.g. Practice Partner or Financial Controller), possess
excellent knowledge of accounts and taxation and be able to work
and deliver results under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will
be required to liaise directly with clients at a senior level and
should possess credibility, presentation and line management skills
and have client care experience. Earlier experience of dealing with
foreign clients is therefore desirable, but the overall need is
to be energetic, flexible and a fast learner. Based in our India
office.
Internal Auditor
You should already be at a senior level with appropriate
experience (e.g. Financial Controller or Internal Auditor), possess
excellent knowledge of accounts and taxation and be able to work
and deliver results under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will
be required to liaise directly with clients at a senior level and
should possess credibility, presentation and line management skills
and have client care experience. Earlier experience of dealing with
foreign clients is therefore desirable, as is knowledge of US Sarbanes-Oxley
related regulations, but the overall need is to be energetic, flexible
and a fast learner. Based in our India office.
Marketing Assistant
You will support our US based business development
team and your responsibilities will include adhoc marketing research
and the development and maintenance of our marketing database. The
position requires 1-2 years relevant experience, strong analytical,
research and organisational skills, effective verbal and written
communication, knowledge of marketing and business development,
proficiency in standard business applications, attention to detail
and the ability to work independently on several detailed projects
at once. You should also be willing to work US hours. Based in
our India office.
Translator
You will be proficient in as many of the following
languages as possible, with an excellent command of the English
language: Japanese, Italian, French, Chinese, Spanish and Portuguese.
Your role will include the translation of documents, agreements
and invoices. With significant translation experience, you will
need to work to strict deadlines. Based in our India office.
Research Assistant
You will support our US-based Research and Development
team and research, via the internet and other means, global accounting
and legal developments that might affect our clients. Will quickly
become responsible for developments in a portfolio of countries.
The position requires University degree, 1-5 years relevant experience,
strong analytical, research and organisational skills, effective
English language verbal and written communication ability, proficiency
in standard business applications, attention to detail and the ability
to work independently. Knowledge of business entities, taxation,
and accounting helpful. You should also be willing to work US or
UK hours. Based in our US or India offices.
