Our day-to-day accounting is fixed fee based with 3 quite separate pricing options and can be done on your ERP system or on our ERP system which will communicate with your system by Excel. (a) Recovering From An Accountant Committing Fraud
A U.S. client’s German Subsidiary (GmbH) was supported by an internal accountant. The accountant committed fraud and disappeared with $ 200,000 and all the company’s books and records. Nair & Co. reconstructed the accounts using the VAT filings as a basis and resolved a consequential German Tax investigation.
(b) Overcoming Acquisition Challenges
When a privately owned entity in China was acquired by a U.S. client they asked us to change/implement procedures to ensure the entity was compliant with Sarbanes Oxley Regulations.

As a Nair & Co. client, how will you deal with my account management? At Nair & Co., every client is allocated a Client Service Director and an Accounting Manager. The Client Service Director ‘s role is to ensure you are legally compliant in all the jurisdictions where you have engaged us to provide support and to help proactively resolve a variety of consulting type issues as and when they arise. The role of the Accounting Manager is provide day-to-day support to your international operations covering funds transfers, payroll, the processing and payment of expense claims and vendor invoices as well as the production of the monthly financial statements and international consolidations for delivery to you on the due date. |
