The aim of this Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) is to evidence, by way of engaging an external audit firm to independently review, test and report on our procedures and systems, that Nair & Co. systems and controls relevant to our client's internal control over financial reporting are designed and operate effectively throughout the entire period under review.

Nair & Co.’s accounting and support teams’ operations come under the purview of SSAE 16 statement on controls and therefore our Type II SSAE 16 accreditation will continue to provide optimal assurance to our clients that their data is protected in line with international industry standards and that controls over financial reporting are designed and operated effectively throughout the year, as put forth by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
